AutoInstall

AutoInstall support added.
To install :source the vimball file (setpwsh.vmb).
This simplifies update which is performed automatically whenever :GLVS is called.

Initial release

The vimball file is zipped because github does not allow this format to be uploaded.
Unzip and :source to install.
