Nothing special, but addressed a bunch of fuzztest issues (not impacting users at all, just fuzz tests). No new features
But its time to make a "release" again, it's been a while.

Fuzztest fixes, slightly past bumping version to 3.06

Lots of fuzz test fixes (some minor tweaks beyond bumping version to 3.06)

Note that all fuzz tests involved reading memory past allocated, and could only be triggered with malloc deubgging tools such as electric fence.
