Quandoom v1.0.0

This is my first time distributing binaries for a project, so I hope they work, I did my best to include the various dlls but we'll see 🤷

To use: unpack, then run the quandoom.qasm file with the simulator (on Windows that means dragging quandoom.qasm onto simulator.exe, on Linux use the terminal)
