build(packaging/macos)!: remove macports support

Description

This PR will remove support for the Portfile (CI is always having issues with macports).

TODO (future PR):

• ensure coverage report is properly generated and uploaded
• adjust coverage labels if needed
• drop coverage on AppImage, possibly
