This pull allows users to specify the block size x tunable parameter using alternative case spellings, such as "BLOCK_SIZE_X", "Block_Size_X", "block_size_X" or whatever case variation, without the need to specify it using the block_size_names= optional argument. Kernel Tuner now automatically understands that the user intends this tunable parameter to be the block_size_x and retains the case preferred by the user.
