Wombri held me at gunpoint for the carver help

About The Pull Request

It's a port of Skyrat-SS13/Skyrat-tg#26730
this adds a reskinned base crusher (no I'm not adding a variation ritual for each type, sorry (but if someone made sprites for em then maybe)), an increase of max volume of the primitive centrifuge from 50 to 100, removed the consumption of bluespace crystals in some rituals (still requires its presence though), and finally, no time limit on the staff of the ashlands.

Why it's Good for the Game

People have been asking for an ashwalker crusher so they can get trophies, so I give
the ashlands staff has NO indicator for it's time limit. It tells you nothing, and it's basically just a rcd for ashwalkers. So I give them unlimited time
As someone who's done a lot of spinning with the centrifuge, it'd be nice to have if you wanna seriously get into ashwalker chemistry.
Finally, the bluespace crystals are rare as shit unless you find a vent, and then find a goldgrub to mine said vent for you. So if you find a single bluespace crystal you aren't totally locked out of doing a ritual more than once
