About The Pull Request
I thought we had them before so I didn't add them in the other pr. Also rebalanced costs for synth construction because making a whole ass body was cheaper than printing a limb lol
Why it's Good for the Game
Makes synths fully buildable now.
Proof of Testing
Checked if I can print the implant and switch the limbs on it.
