-Upgraded Martin's Tool configuration (migrator-configuration.json) to version 16.0.9
-Updated MigrateProject.ps1 PowerShell script to replace values in updated migrator-configuration.json
-Simplified documentation
-Fixed a bug in between dates work item backfill workflow, where same date is passed for start and end date and would not migrate any work items
