Installer doesn't work #5

Hi,

I am trying to install BrSmoothweights but the installer won't work.

Antivirus is off, batch is opened with "run as administrator".
I am on windows 10 Home version 1909 build 18363.1082.
Any idea of how to fix it?

you should put all files in one place !!
