Do you have any personal affiliation with Palestine?

Me personally, I don't like when great open source projects promote things that are political. If it affected you directly because you had affiliation/family then I wouldn't say anymore. I have friends who live in one of the said countries and they are affected by this. All of the politics on both sides accomplishing nothing with this issue are upsetting.

It's fully up to you about this, I just wanted to share my thoughts and I hope I didn't upset you.

Edit: I appreciate that this isn't a giant banner dostracting from the project. Thank you for that.

There is no "both sides" to this. One side is committing a genocide with the full backing of the "free" "democratic" world. The other side is resisting. Anyone trying to push this "both sides" nonsense after 1 year+ is either malicious or ignorant. Either way this is not the place to discuss it, nor do I have any interest in doing so.

I agree, this is not the place to discuss and I didn't plan on it either. I love your project.
