This pull request implements the following changes:

  1. PoissonCG:
  • Adds new SSOR Preconditioner
  • Moves field initialization out of operator to own init function for all preconditioners
  1. Alpine:
  • Extends LandauDamping and PenningTrap to use PCG in Pic Manager
  • Adds support for SSOR preconditioner in LandauDamping without Pic Manager
  1. Tests:
  • Adds support for the SSOR preconditioner to TestCG
