After months of prior notice and successfully integrating all features of the WDACConfig module into the new AppControl Manager app—along with many additional enhancements—WDACConfig is now fully deprecated. Development is continuing at full speed for both AppControl Manager and Harden Windows Security, ensuring a seamless and superior user experience.
The new applications are built with modern C# technology, offering significantly faster performance, higher efficiency, and a more robust, streamlined codebase.
There is no loss of functionality or downtime, as the new AppControl Manager is already fully available and even more accessible than the previous PowerShell-based mode. It can be installed with a single click via the Harden Windows Security module.
Exciting new features are coming soon to AppControl Manager! Learn more here: https://github.com/HotCakeX/Harden-Windows-Security/wiki/AppControl-Manager
