Block culling

• All wall blocks (with a few exceptions) now have block culling which helps improve game performance

The minecraft:light_emission value in some blocks has been modified

• fd:small_neon_line (0 > 6)
• fd:arcade_neon_sign (9 > 6)
• fd:silver_stage_spotlights (0 > 10)

Now the vast majority of blocks can become waterlogged

Other changes

• The blocks fd:small_neon_line and fd:arcade_neon_sign have more than 4 new color variations, they also have a neon vfx effect
• The add-on slabs and stairs now allow get waterlogged
• Now pizzeria floor stairs are no longer experimental

• Fixed a bug where blocks with vfx effects stopped working when doing /kill
