Methods implemented in this napari plugin:

Currently NanoPyx implements several image analysis methods including, but not only, the methods previously available as part of the NanoJ plugin family for ImageJ.

As of release 0.1.4 of the napari plugin and 0.6.0 of NanoPyx, this plugin implements the following methods:

1. Image registration:

2. Super-resolution microscopy:

3. Quality control:

4. Denoising:
