Aktuell wird die GH Pages Seite noch vom in Github eingebauten Deploy System erstellt. Das kann aber wenig mit React anfangen und hostet daher nur die README.md als Website.
Die Action, die durch die PR hinzugefügt wird, erstellt die Website, wie es sein soll, mit Node / React und deployed sie automatisch als GH Pages.
