What's new:

• multiple Polygon layers are displayed simultaneously, with separate Legend boxes
• display or remove Legend box icons for Points, Polylines, Polygons
• control Polygon layer data display on map start
• control Map title display: topleft, topcenter, off
• large numbers appear with US-style comma separators (100,000)
