+## In-person mzQC meeting
+
+**January 15–17, 2025** has been selected for the in-person meeting in Antwerp, Belgium.
+
+Schedule:
+
+- Tuesday, January 14: Arrival
+- Wednesday, January 15: Meeting from 9:00 to 17:00
+    - Morning of Day 1: Quick 5-10 min presentations of current use case statuses.
+    - Day 1 & 2: Hands-on working sessions in small groups.
+- Thursday, January 16: Meeting from 9:00 to 17:00
+- Friday, January 17: Meeting from 9:00 to 12:00, followed by lunch and departures
+    - Final day: Review manuscript progress and brainstorm future directions for the mzQC project.
+
+Logistics:
+
+- Wout will send an email with detailed travel, accommodation, and meeting instructions.
+- Wout will arrange guest WiFi accounts for participants without Eduroam access.
+
+## CV term requests
+
+- Batch correction metrics ([PR 233](https://github.com/HUPO-PSI/mzQC/pull/233)):
+    - Discussed mismatched metrics in PCA results and quantification data points.
+    - **Mathias** will investigate and propose fixes for PCA metric mismatches.
+    - Validator issues with labels and identification-based metrics were reviewed.
+
+- Harmonization of quartiles/quantiles ([issue 259](https://github.com/HUPO-PSI/mzQC/issues/259)):
+    - **Wout** will create a PR to transition existing metrics to a quantile-based system for consistency.
+    - Backward compatibility to be ensured by deprecating quartile terms while introducing quantile terms.
+    - Consensus to avoid hierarchical relationships; simpler flat categorization preferred.
+
+**Julian** will finalize CV requests and update descriptions in GitHub.
+
+## pymzQC
+
+- Validator error messages need refinement to specify issues, especially with unknown attributes or syntax errors in JSON files.
+- Example files updated to resolve outdated attributes like `fileProperties`.
+- **Mathias** will review validator-related issues and provide resolutions for error specificity.
