I have checked the installation of PROTEUS on Snellius and it works fine. You just need to load the appropriate module before going into the usual installation steps. I have added some notes in the documentation in this PR. Next steps will be to check the installation of optional modules (Spider/Agni) and write slurm scripts to launch a PROTEUS grid simulation
