About "Before installing this package it is recommend that you first uninstall any previous Folding@home client software."... The v8 package conflicts with the old v7 one, which will cause its automatic removal. This is an overzealous recommendation, as it may lead users to remove previous v8 versions, when it would be perfectly normal to update without removing anything. |
