This PR reverts the SQLite changes merged into the query service. We want to do the weekly merge in espresso-sequencer first and then merge the SQLite changes. The query service SQLite changes also include the state table query changes, so it is important to revert this PR and do the weekly merge in sequencer without the SQLite changes in the query service.
