Listing and download are working for arbitrarily large folders

The previous release had an implicit size limit - it failed if the process took longer than 5 minutes. That is now corrected.

Ready for use

Basically the same as the last release, after testing is passed, with the version number and all copyrights updated.

IE11 support

Modified javascript code to be compatible with IE11.

Now listing arbitrarily large buckets and folders

Just this one change. Of course, we make no guarantees that this will look decent in your browser, or will perform well, if you open a really huge bucket or folder.

First release candidate

Should be ready to use as is. Please create issues to request any features you need.

Version 0.9.0 - early release for user feedback

This more-or-less beta version is released for anyone who wants to try out the browser. It has been tested mainly with Firefox, so I'm not sure how it will perform on other browsers.
