[2024/02/17]由于收到了DMCA警告，HoYoShade将会暂时移除所有Release。(OpenHoYoShade不受影响)

由于V2.01.0 Stable版本中'convert_encoding.bat'转换编码时会异常在模组上一级目录下生成内容为空的ReShade.ini
所以本次更新已将'convert_encoding.bat'及相关注入器代码回滚为V1.9.0 DEV RC1至V2.0.4 Stable时期的代码。
其它部分均继承V2.01.0 Stable版本更新

English Update Log：

[2024/02/17]Due to receiving a DMCA warning, HoYoShade will temporarily remove all Releases.(OpenHoYoShade is not affected)

Because in the V2.01.0 Stable version, the 'convert_encoding.bat' conversion encoding will be abnormal, and the ReShade .ini with empty content will be generated in the upper directory of the mod.
Therefore, this update has rolled back the 'convert_encoding.bat' and related injector code to the code from V1.9.0 DEV RC1 to V2.0.4 Stable.
All other parts inherit from V2.01.0 Stable version update
