Birdays v1.2.0

Finally added auto loading from Contacts, in this case some records could duplicate, sorry for the inconvinience.
App supports standard for Android devices date format like "yyyy-MM-dd".
Also added instruction in the settings for whose who don't receive notification. I hope it helps)
