Hot & bug fixes

Hi there! This minimal release fixes several bugs with the new slash command system and the on shutdown entry of the define bot structure.

It also introduces a new async system for expressions and changer, although it's only available for the member with id expression (keep information of it over #207), planned to release for DiSky v4.18.0
