- Upgraded Visceral Fluid warning to a special warning.
- Fix typo that caused haunting shadows warning to not restore nameplate settings correctly after the run.

- Added nameplate aura for haunting shadows, at least for the short term. This will only work if Haunting Shadows warning is enabled (which it should be, by default)
- Added nameplate aura for when S.I. Informants or K'thir Dominators are casting Touch of the Abyss
- Fixed a bug that caused Haunting Shadows warning not to show.
- Added the 9.7 timers for surging and decimator, instead of leaving as a TODO forever
- Cleaned up unused commented
- Improved void torrent to yell at only the person it's on in a group instead of everyone. Added a yell if in a group as well.
- Changed stance on specWarnHauntingShadows being off by default. it messes with nameplates, but it restores them after. It's also an important mechanic to avoid/dodge and I don't want users asking why it doesn't have a warning (because they didn't go in GUI and turn it on).
