Let me know if I'm jumping the gun on these ones - just noticed you'd assigned yourself to #46. Changes to the model to make the last_contract_date now the last_contract_attach and added a new column for last_contract_renewal. Updated all the references to show this additional field and fix up references to the original last_contract_date.
