Catch up with some cleanup after MPS 2020.3 migration. The comment in the commits about it being strange that more (albeit inconsequential) migrations were needed, can now be explained: I was using a "wrong" version of dependencies on mbeddr and mbeddr.platform, as will be mitigated by #22.
