This release fixes overlays:

1. Overlay images now work on the frontend
2. Overlay gradients now work on the frontend

Global style additions:

1. Global styles panel is now available in the caption block also
2. Added the ability to refresh global styles.
3. Global styles now apply correctly when selected
4. Added toggle for applying the global style to the block when saving or overriding.
