fix(chant proofread filter): check that relevant field is not null/empty
Update the `filterable_table_with_search_bar` template with some additional blocks to account for cases where the default list view has an empty query set. In this case, we don't want to display messages like "No X found", because no query was made. Override the default behaviour of these blocks in the chant_search.html template.
