Improved opt out experience

With this release, users can now more easily reset their cursor preferences after logging in.

Improved cursor handling

The layout method on the cursors in this release have migrated to display:block; so as to avoid tearing visual artifacts on Safari.

Faculty view and improved colophon

This release includes a new /faculty view, currently available but unlinked.

• Faculty provides a list of faculty and the students who submitted work from their class.
• Colophon now uses dark mode, and implements a header with the correct metadata.

Disables load more button for random viewing

When loading a random page, the load more button and refresh buttons do the same thing. This disables the load more button.

Refresh enabled

This release supports the v4.4.0 api release of the random functionality, along with improved cursor location handling.
