Prepare v1.1.0

Collect only the attributes used

- On some LDAP severs memeberof must be explicitely requested
- Some LDAP attributes can be big (and binary/encrypted) which seems to cause the scripts to crash
- It's better for the performance to request only the needed LDAP attributes
- This commit also improves ldap_test.php with 2 optional parameters: --attributes and --max-records
