Uninstalled husky and lint-staged. Moved dev-dependencies to dependencies and updated bunch of linter modules.

• Uninstalled husky and lint-staged.
• Moved dev-dependencies to dependencies and updated bunch of linter modules.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-X_uninstall_lint_staged
• Run make drush-cr

• Check that this feature works
