Add Attachment for the following resources and resolves issue #352

• Transport Routing OSPF
• Transport Routing OSPFv3 IPv4
• Transport Routing OSPFv3 IPv6
• Service Routing BRP
• Service Routing EIGRP
• Service Multicast
• Service Routing OSPF
• Service Routing OSPFv3 IPv4
• Service Routing OSPFv3 IPv6
• Transport Tracker
• Transport Tracker Group
• Transport IPv6 Tracker
• Transport IPv6 Tracker Group

Types of Changes

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
