Using a placeholder value for empty delete_value string as "if .DeleteValue" templating statement can not differentiate between empty string and undefined value
Removing the use of placeholder values for empty strings, as NXAPI has a build-in value ("DME_UNSET_PROPERTY_MARKER")
which already has the desired behavior
