chore: umbrella job for all ITGs

Summary of changes

Changes introduced in this pull request:

• created an umbrella job for all ITGs so that we can assert that they pass in other places (GH required jobs, overrides in fix: docs don't trigger required checks #5118) without too much repetition. It will also ease up adding new required integration tests without intervention from repo admins.
