Setup Bagging Launch to Name Bags Correctly

Automate the naming convention via the bagging launch file. Should have configurable params for classes, bag file # for that day. See the naming convention doc

I'm not sure how automatable this is at comp cause we generally see most things in most bags. We sort of did this but it wasn't what I would call naming convention compliant.

Possibly if there was a script that on launch takes in user input, could make the whole process smoother
