(MVP) Take the tools tiles from "How We Support It" on the homepage and put them into their own page called "Apps and Tools."

(Later) Possibly subdivide them by Apps (Heimdall, InSpec) and Tools (inspecjs, heimdall_tools) etc.? Add more detailed how-tos, screenshots on how to use apps?
