This is a standard HTML/CSS template, and should be used for all starter sites. Delete any parts you don't need.

delete:
-index.html (if index is created in xml)

copy contents of index.html into stylesheets/xslt/template.xsl



==If the site is not cocoon, you can delete==

-sitemap.xmap
--stylesheets/xslt folder
