Reports/CallAdmin in Chat & Chat Reminders!

Release 5.2 brings 2 Features which have been requested for quite a while:

Reports now show in Chat!

Using /report or /calladmin now shows for online admins in chat, no configuration necesarry!

Chat Reminders!

You can now add Chat Reminders that get shown in chat every now and again, which even supports some Wildcards!

Oh, Also, a bug was squashed where ticking "Anonymous Admin" would untick it when reopening the menu.
