Updated to work with BentoBox Alpha 13.

Added localization for the starting sign and updated the schem.
Added zh-CN localization for the starting sign (@CNAmira).
Updated to Spigot 1.13.2.
Added /ai info (alias: /ai who).
Added /acid deaths <set/reset> to set or reset a player's deaths count.
Updated/fixed some comments in the config.
Removed a duplicate permission node in addon.yml.
