Hop is a Python package based on MDAnalysis to analyze solvation dynamics in molecular dynamics trajectories. This release provides core functionality but the API is not stable, documentation primarily consists of the doc strings, and not all bugs have been fixed. Please use with caution and report bugs and problems through the hop issue tracker.
