This component release is to fix the

  1. chat-completion spec yaml to add evaluation result input.
  2. text-classification spec yaml to revert back to model prediction component instead of distributed as seen failures there. Shipra team is looking into it
  3. Text-classification & token-classification model import and finetune env changes back to 80 instead of latest.
