This pull request introduces an emotion recognition system that detects emotions from facial expressions using a deep learning model. The implementation includes the following:

Model Training: Utilizes a pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model for emotion classification from facial images.
Real-Time Emotion Detection: Integrates OpenCV to capture frames from a webcam, detect faces, and predict emotions in real-time.
Streamlit Interface: Provides an interactive UI using Streamlit, where users can click a button to start the emotion recognition process directly from their webcam feed.
Modular and Easy to Use: The code is modular, with functions for loading the model, preprocessing images, and detecting emotions, which can easily be reused or extended
