This also removes the custom init script as simply executing msm-fb-refresher before psplash also solves it (also handled by the aforementioned PR).
I should also point out that this PR reduces the boot up time by 1 second as we don't need to wait for
psplashto write something to the screen before executingmsm-fb-refresher.
