Introduction

This repo contains implementation for drug-target interaction based on the following paper https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21314453/

How to run

First install conda envirounment from DTI.yml conda env create -f DTI.yml

Then run DTI_demo.ipynb notebook to go through the implementation.
