Can you confirm that no boards were ever shipped with the old board configuration?

If they were then we need to create a new hwdef for this new board.

I've no idea how this line is supposed to work.... there's no handling of it anywhere in the codebase.

Just one prototype which was modified by replacing MCU on H743-WING-V3 board. Tridge added this H7A3 hwdef according to that prototype. We didn't release any H7A3 series board with this target before.
