ISSUE-212: remove unused crates

Description

• Remove Bitcoin Connector
• Create new types for replace rosetta-types on Ethereum Connector
• Make rosetta-config-ethereum no-std (will need to use it in the runtime for check the tx receipt).
• Create new types for replace rosetta-types on Polkadot/Astar Connector
• Fix Arbitrum Tests for run concurrently
• Remove unused methods from RosettaClient and Wallet
• Remove rosetta-types (WIP)
• Remove rosetta-server
