Fixed up the help dialog to be a bit more generic.

Fixed an issue where very transparent images would use little of the generated palette, causing lodepng to decrease the bitdepth to fit a decreased palette.

Does what I wanted it to. Use "-help" for instructions.

Input argument is a path to a directory of images. Outputs are in a "new" directory in that same directory.
Only png images are used from the directory. Convert them some other way beforehand.
