- LLAMA: to set up repository mirror (llamaobservatory.org); build of latest ACS release to be set up in Brazil and binaries to mirror as well
- LLAMA: offers to provide a private area in the LLAMA Wiki.
- proposal open, but for now we will focus on github-based platforms

- AI Guillermo: contact Jonathan and ask about website status
- AI All: Identify resources to contribute to web platform
- AI Jorge I.: add community training material based on past ACS Workshop courses
- Matias F.: CTA needs to internally discuss available resources by beginning of 2015
- New ACS releases
- ALMA has already defined which ACS releases are to made available to the public
- Note to CCB: to establish protocol when ALMA ACS patches are merged into github; formalize a way of giving progress feedback to the community
- Roadmap
- Matthias F.: focus on ease of ACS use, and ease of ACS development; individual projects will continue developing areas of interest (e.g. CTA on embedded system)
- Guillermo: priority for LLAMA is to move to CentOS 7
- Alessandro: come back to more detailed discussion to define guidelines; coordinate to avoid duplicating efforts; from the current roadmap, ALMA is intending to mainly work on ACS Services and development tools (e.g. plugins)
- Jorge I.: ESO should provide a list of development goals and timeline and nice-to-haves to facilitate interaction with community; current focus on trying to increase work contribution through existing ALMA-Univserity collaborations; another ACS Workshop to be organized in Chile in early 2015
- AI Matias M.: start wiki page with potential collaboration projects, to be discussed at next ACB meeting
- AI All: contribute to this wiki once created
- Note to CCB: define guidelines for new issue creation as part of patch integration standards
