Fixes dual wielding ghost weapons based on Loud Lou retail video. Previously, it was possible for a ghost weapon to spawn unarmed or wield only in its left hand, which was incorrect.
Corrects undefined damage type on bow wielding ghost weapons. It is now set to pierce, as seen in the video.
Sets scale of Summoning Chamber Adept to 1 to match retail screenshot.

To replicate this behavior, when activated, the lock now spawns a Landblock KeepAlive with a lifespan of 25 min, and the reset interval on the gate is set to 30 min.

Added Bloodstone to Neftet generators, and revised spawns to eliminate redundancies, and excessive amount of landscape trophies.
Deleted two unnecessary generators.
The trophies and special spawns (tablets, cacti, etc.) are now found only in the master generators. The exception is desert flowers, which can also spawn in the armoredillo camps, as seen in retail videos.

Adjusts skills on rynthid to match the pcap skill estimates. In general, magic was too high, and in some cases melee and missile were too low.
Revises outdoor generators for a better match to retail based on Loud Lou video. From the video, I estimated respawn to be longer than 5 min but less than 10, so set to 7 min.
Fixes Rynthid Crystal so it will generate adds.

Changes version of heavy lightning ring cast by some Rynthid to a lower damage version. The higher damage version, which can do close to 500 damage per hit, was used by mistake.
Corrects drop table for Aspect of Rage and Torment, so each cloak has an independent 5% chance of dropping.

- Fix Prodigal Lugian (#1686)
Corrects a number of issues with the Prodigal Lugian quest reported by players. In retail, multiple people could do this quest without interfering with each other. As is, the quest only works properly for one person at a time, and can cause others to get stuck for over 30 min due to unnecessary use of events and landblock keep alives.
This redesigns the quest, allowing multiple people to work on the trials at the same time (such as in the Burun Kings quest where a similar mechanic is used).
Also resolves console errors - missing combat table on a boulder, and failing to spawn weenie, which had not been included.
Corrects energy cage mechanic, and scene at the end of one trial.
Corrects final fight. As seen in the pcap, adds are clearly spawned by Kresovus around him, thus removing multiple unnecessary wave gens.
Adds missing emote to boulder in Trial of the Arm, which in retail, could be "moved" if the person had a high enough base strength (thus, the name of the trial). This is why this boulder is useable in the pcap. If strength was not high enough, it could alternatively be killed.

Adjusting critical multiplier and frequency on the SB staff for a closer match to retail.
Based on a retail video of Berek fighting Aerbax, with pierce vul 8, the average on normal hits was 1317 (based on 66 shots). The critical average was 4432 (based on 11 shots). This is with pierce vul 8.
Without pierce vul (only on the staff's pierce rend), the normal hit average is 1031 (total 40 shots) and 3506 on criticals (total 10 shots).
Either way, criticals are about 3.5 more damage than normal hits. Also, out of the 149 shots in the video, 25 were criticals, which is a .1677 rate. Subtracting 1% for eye of remorseless aug, and rounding down to be more conservative, gives 15% chance to critical.

Adds reset interval to pressure plates controlling bridges to resolve issue of the bridge constantly going up and down as multiple players step on the plate.

Harbinger now used as generator for the essences directly, instead of an event. Removed event and event generators that were no longer necessary.
The empowered and essenceless Harbingers now drop correct arm tokens (previously had been swapped).

Sets the quest pickup timers to 20 hours for the level 15-79 version of Bur flagging. This quest is not on the exception list from the Quest for Freedom, and should have a 20 hour timer like most others.

Clean up of last room to match the pcap and Berek retail video.
Rebalanced boss creatures, as much as possible based on pcap skills and damage seen in the retail video - in general, magic was too high, while melee and missile were too low. It was previously possible for archers to machine gun and hit for over 10k damage per hit.
Corrected bloodstone so no longer ethereal (tusker fists now works on it, as seen in the video).
Undead Commanders corrected (spellbook removed, they are melee only) and deal increased melee damage.
Removed unnecessary event and generator to open a portal. Instead, virindi now summons portal on death (portal summon purple animation is seen in the video).Four Corners
